When a client whose business is built upon minimization of risk becomes our longest, deepest ongoing client relationship, we can’t help but proudly take note of that extension of trust. Growing together since 2004, the work of Ounce Labs and Schwadesign has evolved exponentially from our first humble pocket folder together. These years later, we still love creating on-brand artifacts – but also take delight in the matured collaborative interactions that now frame our work. By participating in front-end strategy, Scwhadesign is helping to build systems that deliver Ounce Labs’ constant and consistent messaging: software security is a problem for all business, not just IT. After maintaining ouncelabs.com for two years in its original incarnation, we sat down to reconsider a website much like Boston’s roads: not master-planned, and unable to handle traffic or congestion. Determined to bring out a message previously obscured, schwadesign imagined a fresh interactive web presence for Ounce that could offer more than static information to curious onlookers. Ouncelabs.com re-emerged as a comprehensive information portal constructed in a custom CMS, with increased web traffic fueled by well-tuned SEO, and multimedia interactivity to pique interest, funnel inquiries, and facilitate connection.
